This company is really awesome. They always answer their phone which I really like. No automated system just a kind and informative person to speak to! Imagine! Their techs came out fast, diagnosed the problem, and got to work. They handled everything with my insurance company and cleaned up all the water damage before receiving a dime! The owner and project manager talked to me and kept in touch with me throughout the process. They were very helpful. I love how experienced they are. I never thought we would need a restoration company until we came home to 2″ of water in our home. We found Goliath online and called them right away. Within 30 minutes they were assessing the damage and coordinating with our insurance carrier. They dried everything out, removed the damaged cabinets, drywall, and flooring, and cleaned up the mold they found. Once everything was tested and passed they repaired everything, and honestly it looks better than it did before the damage. The biggest thing was that they made us feel like professionals were on the problem and that everything was going to be okay. It gave me peace in a very stressful situation. Goliath is an excellent restoration company. When we had the fire sprinkler system malfunction at my work, I was tasked with selecting a restoration service. I called around and was recommended Goliath. When I called the office manager was very professional and informative. The protect manager called me and when over what needed to be done. About 35 minutes later 6 big trucks pulled up, and several technicians got to work. They worked with me figuring out a plan to keep things going while they could still remove the water and dry everything. They were very meticulous and did a great job cleaning the carpet and fixing the ceilings. Thank you for making me look good guys!

They had these cameras that find water in the walls and that let them look inside the walls. They fixed everything and didn’t leave any damage.
